Enable additional services

Nuvolos supports several optional services - video library, HPC computation (credit-based sizes), and database tables - that can be enabled or disabled at three levels:

• Resource pool level (controlled by resource pool managers)

• Organisation level (controlled by organisation managers)

• Space level (controlled by space administrators)

A feature must be enabled at all higher levels before it can be activated at a lower level. Disabling a feature does not affect spaces where it is already enabled - those spaces keep the feature, but users cannot enable it in new spaces.

Organisation-level service settings

1. From your dashboard, click the More options menu (⋯) next to the selected Organisation name.

2. Select Settings and General.

3. Enable any services that are already enabled at the resource pool level.

Space-level service settings

1. Navigate to the Space and click the More options menu (⋯) next to the selected Space name.

2. Select Settings and Additional services menu.
