I can't delete a space

If you are unable to delete a space, consider the following possible causes.

  • You are not a member of the organisation where you want to delete a space.

Spaces exist within an organisation. To delete a space, you must belong to that organisation.

  • You do not have permission to delete a space.

To delete a space, you must hold one of the following roles: organisation manager, organisation faculty, or space administrator. If you do not have one of these roles, contact a user who does and request either the appropriate access or deletion of the space.

  • You have lost connection to the internet.

If you lose your internet connection, the server may not receive your request to delete the space. After reconnecting, refresh the page and try deleting the space again.

  • There has been a server-side error and the space deletion request was not properly processed by Nuvolos.

In some cases, a server-side error may prevent Nuvolos from processing the deletion request correctly. Wait a few moments, then try deleting the space again.
