I can't see an instance

If you are unable to find a specific instance, consider the following possible causes.

  • You are looking in the wrong place.

For more information on locating instances in Nuvolos, see the relevant documentation.

  • You are not a member of the space which contains the instance.

Instances exist within a space. To view an instance, you must have at least Viewer access to that space. If you do not have the required permissions, contact the space administrator to request Viewer or Editor access to the instance.

  • The instance does not exist anymore because it was deleted.

The instance may no longer exist because it was deleted by a space administrator.

  • You have lost connection to the internet.

If your internet connection is interrupted, the request to retrieve data may fail, and the browser may not receive the list of instances from the server. Once your connection is restored, refresh the page.

  • There has been a server-side error and the list of instances was not properly served by Nuvolos.

In rare cases, a server-side error may prevent instance data from being returned correctly. Wait a few minutes, refresh the page, and check again.
