I can't log in to Nuvolos
If you are unable to sign in to your Nuvolos account, use the following troubleshooting steps.
Identify your contact email
To sign in to Nuvolos, you must already have an account. This account is created when you accept your invitation to Nuvolos by email.
Your contact email is the same email address that received the invitation and that you used when signing up.
If you do not remember which email address you used, follow the steps in I forgot my email.
After you identify your contact email, enter it on the login page and click Sign in with e-mail. Nuvolos will then direct you to the Identity provider associated with that email address.
If you signed up through your institution or with Google and are not sure which account you used, see I forgot my identity provider.
Check your credentials
Make sure you are entering the correct username and password. Check carefully for typos, extra spaces, accents, or missing characters.
If you signed up with an email address and password, you can reset your password as long as you still have access to your registered email address.
If you signed up using an external provider, such as Google or your university identity provider, and you can no longer sign in, please contact their support team directly.
Network or device issues
Sometimes, settings on your network, browser, or device can prevent you from signing in to Nuvolos. Try the following:
Use an incognito or private browsing window This disables most browser extensions and add-ons that might interfere with the sign-in process. If this works, a browser extension is likely causing the issue. You can then disable the extension or try another browser.
Try a different browser or device If you can sign in from another browser or device, the issue is likely caused by a setting on your current browser or device. Check its privacy or security settings for anything that might block the login process.
Try a different network Some internet providers or network settings may block websites or services required for Nuvolos to work correctly. If possible, try signing in using a different network.
