I haven't received the invitation email

If you have been invited to join Nuvolos but have not received the invitation email, use the following troubleshooting steps.

  • Check the Spam or Junk Mail folder.

  • Search for an email with the title “Nuvolos has sent you an invitation”.

  • Wait a few minutes for the invitation email to arrive.

  • Contact your organization administrator, instructor, or the person who invited you to confirm that you were included in the list of invitees and that the correct email address was used.

  • If you have used link-based signup, try again in case the email address was entered incorrectly.
