# I haven't received the invitation email

#### If you have been invited to join Nuvolos but have not received the invitation email, use the following troubleshooting steps.

* Check the Spam or Junk Mail folder.
* Search for an email with the title “**Nuvolos has sent you an invitation**”.
* Wait a few minutes for the invitation email to arrive.
* Contact your organization administrator, instructor, or the person who invited you to confirm that you were included in the list of invitees and that the correct email address was used.
* If you have used link-based signup, try again in case the email address was entered incorrectly.
