Invite users to an existing instance

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Navigate to the space containing the instance. In this example, we're working in Test Research Project.

2. From the overview screen, click Project Users. (For courses, this option is labeled Course users.)

3. Go to the Instances tab, find your instance, and click Invite users. In this example, we're inviting users to Example 1.

4. Make sure you select Option1 - User Invitation and Invite to an existing shared instance.

5. Choose whether to invite instance editors or viewers.

6. Enter the email addresses of the users you want to invite and click Invite.
