If you cannot find the files you expect in the HOME folder of a running application, check the following:
First, check whether the files are visible in the Nuvolos web interface, in the Personal view of the file navigator. If the files are visible there, the issue is likely related to the application itself. If they are not visible, contact support.
If the issue is related to the application, check whether the application is running in Shared mode. n shared applications, the application runs under a dedicated user account, so your usual files will not be available in the HOME folder.
Check whether Persist sessions data in home area between restarts is enabled. If it is not enabled, the application’s HOME folder will be initialized as empty each time the application starts, and changes made in the HOME folder will not be preserved.
