I forgot my email address

If you have already created a Nuvolos account but do not remember the contact email address associated with it, use one of the following methods.

Nuvolos uses two email addresses:

  • Contact email: the address to which Nuvolos sends invitations and other communications

  • Account email: the email address reported by your identity provider (IdP)

Locate welcome/invitation emails

Nuvolos sends all email communications to your contact email address. This is the address where you received your very first Nuvolos invitation.

Search your institutional and personal email inboxes for a message with a subject such as:

"[Nuvolos] … has sent you an invitation or [Nuvolos] Welcome …."

The address that received that message is your contact email.

Log in with a device you used before

Use the same browser you previously used to sign in to Nuvolos, then go to app.nuvolos.cloud.

In most cases, Nuvolos will recognize your browser and automatically fill in your registered email address on the login page. Once the email address appears, click Sign in with e-mail. Nuvolos will then direct you to the appropriate sign-in method.

Contact the person who invited you

Try to contact your organization manager or space administrator and ask if they can provide you with the email address they used to invite you to Nuvolos.
