I haven't received the password reset email

If you have requested a password reset but have not received the password reset email, use the following troubleshooting steps.

  • Ensure that you entered the correct email address used to sign in to Nuvolos. If you do not remember it, see I forgot my email address.

  • Check the Spam or Junk Mail folder.

  • Search your inbox for an email with the subject "Forgot password".

  • Wait a few minutes for the password reset email to arrive.

  • Try to reset the password again.
