I can't see a space

If you are unable to find a specific space in Nuvolos, consider the following possible causes.

  • Ensure that you are looking in the correct location.

  • The space is not included in the default list view.

By default, the space list displays the first 100 spaces. If the space is not shown, increase the number of rows per page or navigate to the next page.

  • You are not a member of the organisation hosting the space.

Spaces belong to an organisation. To view a space, you must be part of that organisation and have permission to access it. Access is available to organisation managers, faculty members, affiliated members, and invited external members. If you are not part of the organisation, ask the space administrator for an invitation.

  • The space does not exist any more because it was deleted.

A space may no longer exist because it was deleted by the space administrator.

  • You have lost connection to the internet.

If your internet connection is interrupted, the request to retrieve space data may fail. Restore the connection and refresh the page.

  • There has been a server-side error and the list of spaces was not properly served by Nuvolos.

In some cases, a server-side error may prevent the space list from loading correctly. Wait a few minutes, refresh the page, and try again.
